Take the tour
The fastest way to learn the dashboard is a 30-second, skippable walkthrough — not a manual.
Right after you land on your new dashboard, a short guided tour points out where everything lives. It's entirely optional — skip it anytime with the Skip button, the Escape key, or by tapping outside it — and it only ever shows once.
TIP
The first time you visit Goals, Coach, Communities, Achievements, or the Feed, you'll get the same kind of quick tour for that surface — just as skippable.
